Judith Pryor

Vice President of External Affairs

Judith Pryor is an accomplished international communications professional with over 25 years of experience in marketing and corporate communications. From international start-ups to Fortune 500’s, her work has focused on the high tech, broadcast and satellite communications industries. Pryor’s expertise is in corporate branding, messaging and visual identity for multinational companies with markets in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Western Europe and the USA.

Before joining OPIC, Ms. Pryor spent nearly a decade with WorldSpace Inc., a multi-billion dollar satellite radio start up servicing developing markets worldwide. Her roles included taking the company public, serving as corporate spokesperson for all external affairs and constituencies and spearheading the strategy and execution for the global brand.

In addition to WorldSpace, Ms. Pryor held similar positions with COMSAT and Orion Network Systems. She began her career in the Washington offices of Gray and Company and continued with the firm after it was acquired by Hill & Knowlton Public Affairs.

A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Ms. Pryor holds a B.A. in Communications from Bowling Green State University and spent a semester at the Universidad de Madrid.
