Matthew Schneider brings more than 15 years of finance and public policy experience. Most recently, Mr. Schneider was Head of Trade and Infrastructure Risk Solutions at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in London. While at RBS, he focused on structuring and marketing fixed income, currency and commodity derivatives to infrastructure, project and trade finance sponsors in Europe, Asia and the Americas. He held similar positions at Barclays Capital and Morgan Stanley, where he also covered corporate clients and leveraged finance sponsors.

Prior to his work in London, Mr. Schneider served in the Clinton Administration as a Policy Advisor to the White House Deputy Chief of Staff, where he co-managed the Administration's successful effort to achieve permanent normal trade relations with China. Also in the Clinton Administration, he spent three years as an advisor on communications and legislative affairs to the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.

Mr. Schneider holds an M.B.A. in international finance and economics from London Business School and a B.A. in Philosophy from Boston College.
