The Overseas Private Investment Corporation (“OPIC”) is inviting proposals from qualified private equity fund managers for the formation and management of one or more investment funds (“Fund” or “Funds”) that plan to invest in new, expanding or privatizing companies in emerging market countries where OPIC operates.
