Special Advisor, Socially Responsible Investment Finance
Tell us a little about yourself:
I work in the field of impact investing, including policy and origination of innovative financing products and structures designed specifically to leverage socially responsible investment to acheive sustainable projects in emerging markets. I have done many first-of-its-kind transactions at OPIC, and as a former private sector banker, I held various positions in finance and banking. I have an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a BA from Lake Forest College.
What do you like best about working at OPIC?
I am grateful to work with extradorinary and dedicated people who work tirelessly to stay focused on serving those less fortunate. I am grateful for the kindness and compassion that is the historical tradition of OPIC. I am proud to do what I can to design products and services to lighten the burdens of others, particularly women.
Is there a woman who has inspired you?
Mother Teresa inspires me for her preserverance and courage in the face of hard realities.

Quaker who believes there is that of God in every man and woman.
