Human Resources Specialist/Program Manager
Tell us a little about yourself:
I was born in Jamaica to Peace Corps parents, I moved to Maryland in 1994 and ever since then, I have been a true Marylander. I have a MBA and a Masters in Human Resources from the University of Maryland College Park. Most importantly, I have devoted my 12 year Federal career to diversifying student programs and hiring initiatives in support of the mission of my Agency.
What do you like best about working at OPIC?
The feeling that my work supports the broader mission of OPIC, by providing HRM services and information to my colleagues.
Is there a woman who has inspired you?
My mother inspires me each day, she is the best person I know in every way.
How do you inspire other women?
I hope to inspire other women to pay it forward, I strive to be generous and kind in all things. I help others be successful in their endeavors!
Will you share an interesting fact about yourself?
I love baking and traveling with loved ones.
